USAA requested a large on-boarding program for credit card call center representatives. Some of the information was considered essential but not necessarily warranting a full course. We determined that infografics would be a great solution for the traditionally young audience. Not only do they provide information in an engaging way, but it can also be placed in their cubicles for quick reference.
