Consulted internationally with Tax and Audit partners and consultants in the development of several classroom training events that focused on all levels within the organization.

Consulted with British Petroleum executives to create and implement workplace safety and awareness training and intensive plan program for headquarter and oil platform employees.

SUN CORP.

Consulted and managed the creation of an ongoing learning development and management partnership with Sun Corp. to become an exclusive learning partner.

March 2012 - November 2012

GAP INC.

Consulted with international store support leadership to update existing eLearning for POS (Point of Sale) and manage the translation process for roll-out of eLearning for new Asian markets.

January 2013 - December 2018

USAA

Consulted with learning leadership to conduct analysis, propose solutions, and execute to completion several projects across the organization. Areas included call center, wealth management, banking, new member services, credit card, risk, and data analytics.

June 2016 - August 2016

WHIRLPOOL

Consulted with learning leaders to develop a blended learning approach to Brand Mindset and Learning Agility. Program included eLearning, social media exercises, and coaching/mentoring opportunities.

October 2016

TATE & LYLE

Consulted with Subject Matter Experts to develop distance learning focused on collaboration skills and remote teams. Facilitated multiple online sessions with team members across the globe.

Aggie Pride is an organization that supports the LGBTQ former students of Texas A&M University. The organization strives to bring recognition to the large community with the Former Student Association.

MONKEY MIND TABLETOP

Monkey Mind Tabletop is a non-profit organization I started with several friends that focuses on tabletop role-playing games at conventions in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. We primarily focus on Dungeons & Dragons events at comicons and nerd culture events in the area.

As Chief Development Officer, I am responsible for mobilizing local authors to write adventures for our events.
