Instructor led training is a tried-and-true delivery method that allows for the highest amount of touch for learners. It also allows for flexibility and on-the-fly adaptation of the content. Many of my clients still use instructor led training for their staff; both classroom and virtual. The key is to make sure that the information for the facilitator is clear, concise, and repeatable.
