Companies are inundated with data. This data must be analyzed, models need to be created, and decisions made from the findings. The client employs a large number of data analysts across 10+ roles. Making sure that everyone understands and agrees to the performance of those roles was crucial to effective and efficient analytics. I worked closely with directors and analysts to create a job performance tool for each role.
